02 Private engagement · in build · Q3 2026

A clinic website, rebuilt from scratch.

A multi-clinic practice was running on a 2014-vintage WordPress build — slow, hard to update, half-broken on mobile, and invisible on search. SahAI is rebuilding it as a static, fast, editorial site with booking and WhatsApp built in.

A The brief

A site that felt nothing like the clinic.

The old site was a tower of plugins, last meaningfully updated nearly a decade ago. Patient-facing in name only — most patients ended up just calling, because the contact form silently failed and the booking page took eleven seconds to load on a 4G phone in Mumbai.

The doctor's brief was as plain as it could be: "Make it feel like the clinic. Make it fast. Make it work on a phone. And don't make me log in to update the timings."

A clinic website should look like the clinic, not like the plugin store it was assembled from. — SahAI
B What we're building

An editorial site, measured in milliseconds.

Each decision below was reverse-engineered from one of three things: a patient complaint, a Lighthouse failure, or an unanswered email.

Stack Static HTML + CSS + a sprinkle of JS. No CMS bloat, no plugins, no theme that ages. Hosted on an edge CDN; first paint under 800ms on a budget Android.
Design Editorial, not template. Serif display, generous whitespace, real photography. A site that reads like a brochure for a senior practice — not a startup landing page.
Booking One tap to WhatsApp or a real calendar slot. No form to fail. Every booking is captured by the SahAI assistant on the other end.
Multilingual Mirror pages in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Patient-facing copy hand-written, not machine-translated.
SEO Schema-perfect medical practice markup, per-clinic local SEO, sitemap built at deploy time. Google understands every clinic as a discrete location.
Accessibility WCAG-AA contrast, keyboard navigation, screen-reader pass. Patients on assistive tech are first-class citizens, not an afterthought.
Updates The doctor doesn't log in. Timing changes, holiday closures, and new services come in by WhatsApp. The studio updates the site within the day.
Monitoring Uptime, broken-link, and performance monitoring on a 5-minute heartbeat. If anything breaks, we know before the patient does.
C Before · After

Note On the screenshots

Public screenshots will be added at launch.

The new site goes public when the doctor's practice is ready to switch over. Until then — and out of respect for an in-progress engagement — we don't publish design comps or screenshots. A walkthrough of the working build is available on request.

D How a clinic website project runs

Three weeks, five steps.

The same shape as every SahAI engagement — start with conversation, end with a live system, never a CMS handoff.

/ 01

Content audit

We read every existing page. Most clinic sites have 70% of the content they need — buried, mistyped, or split across plugins. We surface it and ask which 30% is missing.

/ 02

Design in the browser

No Figma comps for sites of this size. We design in HTML and CSS directly — you see the actual fonts, the actual colour, the actual loading speed, on the actual phone, from day one.

/ 03

Copy, written together

The doctor's voice is what makes a clinic site feel real. We write a draft. You mark it up. We rewrite. Repeat until it sounds like a clinic, not a brochure.

/ 04

Launch & redirects

301 redirects from every old URL to the new equivalent. Search rankings preserved. SSL, monitoring, and analytics live before the DNS flip.

/ 05

Maintenance — included

Bug fixes, copy edits, new clinic locations, new services. WhatsApp us; we ship the change. No support tickets, no admin logins.

E Local visibility

When patients search "[specialty] near me" — you appear first.

A clinic website that isn't found by Google is a billboard in a basement. Local SEO and Google Business Profile work is built into every site we ship.

Google Business Profile setup & verification. Hours, address, phone, photos, services, Q&A — everything Google looks at, tuned correctly. Name/Address/Phone consistency enforced across every directory.
Schema MedicalBusiness schema markup. Structured data on every clinic page tells Google exactly what you are — specialty, location, services, doctor. The single biggest "Maps ranking" lever most clinics never use.
Per-clinic pages One indexable page per location. Each clinic gets its own URL with unique, hand-written content. Ghatkopar, Kurla, and Chembur are treated as three distinct discoverable locations — not one homepage.
Reviews flow Automated review nudge after every visit. Patients who leave happy get a one-tap link to drop a Google review. The fastest way to climb local rankings, used by almost no clinic.
Maps 3-pack Pin accuracy, photos, service tagging. A correctly-tuned Maps profile is what shows up in the "3-pack" — the three results above all organic Google listings. That's where ~70% of "near me" clicks land.
Ongoing Monthly health check. Listings drift, reviews stagnate, schema breaks during edits. We watch all of it and fix as we go — included in the maintenance fee, no separate charge.

We don't promise #1 overnight — anyone who does is lying. The basics are usually broken (no schema, inconsistent listings, no review flow), and fixing them creates real, measurable lift in 4–6 weeks. After that, ranking is about depth of content and consistent reviews — both included.
